Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nordcappe collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit the website, send an inquiry or book a consultation.

Last updatedJuly 26, 2026

Your privacy matters. Here we explain what data we use, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights.

Contact details are used to respond to inquiries and consultations.

We do not sell personal data.

Users may request access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights.

1. Data controller

Nordcappe is the controller for the personal data processed through this website unless a specific engagement or separate notice states otherwise.

Our current privacy and general inquiry contact details are info@nordcappe.com, contact@nordcappe.com and +381 63 231 092.

The business address displayed on the website is Jurija Gagarina 231, Belgrade (Novi Beograd), Serbia.

2. Data we collect

We may collect identification and contact information you directly provide to us, such as your name, email address, company name, phone number and message content.

If you complete a consultation or contact form, we may also process information about your project type, budget range, timeline and preferred contact method.

If you allow analytics and advertising, we may store campaign-source data with an inquiry, such as UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, the landing page and referral source, so we can measure campaign performance.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address, language, signup source, consent timestamp and version, and subscription or unsubscribe status.

We may collect basic technical and analytics information such as IP address, device type, browser, referral source and limited website interaction data where such measurement is enabled.

We do not intentionally request special categories of personal data or data that is not reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, sales or system security.

3. How we collect data

We collect data directly from you when you send an inquiry, submit a form, subscribe to the newsletter, book a consultation, email us or otherwise communicate with us.

Certain technical data may be logged automatically through hosting, security tools, analytics or cookie-based technologies to the extent they are in use.

Where we rely on external service providers for forms, email, analytics or CRM workflows, data may also pass through those processors.

4. Why we process personal data

To respond to inquiries, prepare consultations and handle pre-contractual and business communication.

To send the Nordcappe newsletter with your explicit consent and maintain a reliable record of subscriptions and unsubscribe requests.

To assess whether there is a project fit and to prepare proposals, scope documents or next steps.

To protect the website, investigate abuse, maintain logs and support infrastructure and security operations.

To improve content structure, website performance, product decisions and user experience using aggregated or minimally necessary information.

To comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual or regulatory obligations where applicable.

5. Legal bases

Depending on the context, we may rely on your consent, pre-contractual steps taken at your request, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in communication, service improvement and security, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it for the future without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we aim to ensure those interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

6. Sharing of data

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with trusted service providers that support hosting, analytics, lead forms, email communication, CRM workflows, security tooling or similar operational functions, but only to the extent needed for their role.

We may also disclose data where reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, enforce legal claims or comply with an applicable legal requirement.

7. International transfers

If we use providers located outside Serbia or outside the European Economic Area, we aim to rely on appropriate safeguards, contractual commitments or another lawful transfer mechanism where required.

You can request details about the service providers and safeguards relevant to your data by using the privacy contact below.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for follow-up communication, for legal or accounting obligations, for dispute handling or for the protection of legal interests.

Lead and inquiry information is generally not kept longer than needed for sales and delivery follow-up unless there is an ongoing relationship, a legal reason to retain it or a documented operational need.

Newsletter email addresses are retained while the subscription is active. After unsubscribe, we keep a minimal suppression record to prevent unwanted resubscription or delivery and to demonstrate that the request was respected.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability where relevant.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if you believe processing is unlawful.

To exercise your rights, please contact us using the email address or contact details listed on this page.

10. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies remember language and privacy choices so the website can behave consistently.

Google Consent Mode v2 sets analytics and advertising storage to denied by default. Until you grant permission, the Google tag may send only limited cookieless signals for consent measurement and modeling.

If Google Ads enhanced conversions are enabled, the email address and phone number from a successfully submitted inquiry are provided to the Google tag only with analytics and advertising consent, for normalization, hashing and more accurate conversion attribution.

Meta Pixel loads only when it is configured and you allow analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission or storage environment is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security in every scenario.

12. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, a valid consent mechanism.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, business operations or the tools we use.

The current version will be published on this page together with the updated effective date.

14. Privacy contact

For privacy-related questions or rights requests, please contact info@nordcappe.com or use the business contact details listed in the website footer.
